Last week I had the amazing opportunity to photograph a very special holiday homecoming three days before Christmas. Stephen was finally home to be with his family after being overseas since January. I was so glad to be there to capture the joy and excitement as their family was reunited!!

This beautiful little 6 day old wanted nothing to do with being naked for her first photo session. I can’t say that I blame her! She has good sense already. But we just had to capture all her newborn wrinkles and all the tiny little features of her 5.5 lb self. Congrats again on your adorable new baby girl!
It seems like I just took this little girl’s newborn pictures and now she is already almost 6 months old. She has the cutest cheeks and big blue eyes! I am also very impressed with her ability to sit up already!!!

I had the priviledge to do another Operation Love session this week for this extremely nice family. Dad is home for two weeks before he leaves to go over seas for a year. My heart goes out to your family as you endure this long year apart. It was so nice to meet all of you and I pray that your time apart fly’s by and Billy has a safe return! Thank you!
