The T Family’s Mini Session | Gahanna Ohio Family Photographer

I get to see this awesome family every fall for their annual mini session.  Watching these boys grow year after year is the best—somehow they look older every time, and yet still just as cute.

We met up at the Gahanna Nature Preserve on a warm early October evening. The leaves hadn’t quite gotten the memo that it was fall yet, but the goldenrod and pops of purple flowers totally stepped in and did their job. I might even argue they deserve more credit—less hype than fall leaves, but quietly doing great work in the background.

Furgus the dog made an appearance this year again—and absolutely nailed it. Some dogs treat photo sessions like a personal challenge to test everyone’s patience…not this guy. He showed up, sat where he was supposed to, looked at the camera, and basically made the rest of us look unprepared.

The boys, as always, were great. Easy smiles, natural together, and just genuinely fun to photograph. They have that brother dynamic that works perfectly in photos—comfortable, relaxed, and just enough personality to keep things interesting without anyone needing a negotiation break.

And the whole family? Good-looking, easygoing, and making this whole process look effortless—which I fully support.

Already looking forward to next fall and seeing how much these boys have grown… and whether Furgus continues to outperform everyone again.
